-We will conduct file audits onsite/offsite to ensure your company is in compliance with the affordable housing industry regulations or your company policies and procedures.
-We will prepare reports and correct errors with missing documents or we will provide a detailed report of corrections for your staff to complete onsite.
First Year and Annual Recertifications
-We will review your first year and annual recertifications to ensure they are in compliance with local state and federal regulations (LIHTC, HOME, and HUD)
